ORLANDO, FL-September 18, 2006-In a move that will help clients drive Customer Service and Support (CSS) success, Corda Technologies today announced the launch of a new CSS solution. Nate Rhodes, vice president of Corda Solutions, along with top strategic dashboard technologists and CSS business experts, will work with clients to define, design and implement CenterView™ dashboards that will deliver greater business performance management for service organizations.

Corda's end-to-end CSS solution tracks KPIs like contract renewals, customer satisfaction, service penalty payments, bug rates and backlog in the standard configuration. These and customized KPIs are displayed in a dashboard view using interactive charts, graphs, maps and gauges.
