Textboxes improve the readability of a Corda® image by explaining the meaning of the information depicted, or providing titles for objects in the Corda image.
Corda Builder™ supports Title boxes and other textboxes in Image Template files. Add textboxes using the Add a Textbox button in Shape Tools. For more information, see Using Shape 7.
Move and delete textboxes within a project as you would any other object in a Corda Builder project. For more information, see Working with Objects.
To define a textbox as a title box
Select the textbox that contains the project title.
Right-click the textbox and select Set as Title.
This changes the object name to Title. If another textbox was previously set as the title textbox, it is given a different name.
Note: The Title textbox is used to generate descriptive text, so it is important to properly create a Title box. For more information on descriptive text, see Descriptive Text, and Data Tables.
Information on textbox properties is available in the Corda 7 Object Reference.
