Scientific calculations have special needs that some graphing programs do not display. The Function Grapher example illustrates PopChart's ability to handle complex data. The example calculates over 1000 data points and can display complex trigonometric functions or curve fit lines. You can move your mouse over the lines to view the values used to calculate that segment of the line.
PopChart does not perform the calculations, but can handle the display of complex data in a manner that is understandable and compelling. The [D] in the lower right hand corner of the graph indicates that there is descriptive text available to be read by a screen reader to facilitate understanding by a blind or low vision individual.
