Corda iPod Nano Contest Rules

I. GENERAL RULES
A. This contest is sponsored by Corda Technologies, Inc., 350 South 400 West Suite 100 Lindon UT 84042 (“Corda”). The contest runs from January 1 - March 31 and renews itself every calendar quarter thereafter until cancelled by Corda. To enter, a participant must: (1) take the 3-minute Corda tour available at www.corda.com; and (2) submit a completed registration/entry form. The winning entries will be selected in accordance with Section IV. No purchase or fee is required to enter.

B. This contest is void where prohibited by law or where otherwise subject to licensing or registration requirements. All federal, state and/or local regulations apply. Corda reserves the right to amend these rules during the course of the contest and to suspend, cancel or extend this contest at any time.

II. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The contest is open to all legal residents of the United States of America and Canada 21 years of age or older. Employees of Corda, its contractors, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Corda reserves the right to disqualify any entry for failure to comply with these rules, or with the laws and regulations of the United States or Canada or any state, provincial or local jurisdictions. This contest is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

III. SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES
Each applicant may submit one entry during the contest period. All entries for the drawing must be received by 11:59 PM Mountain Standard Time on the last day of the calendar quarter in order to be included in the drawing. All entries received after the deadline will be invalid and disqualified from the drawing. Each applicant must complete the entire entry form, which includes the applicant’s full name, company, phone number, and verifiable e-mail address. Corda reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

IV. DRAWINGS AND AWARDS
During the following calendar quarter a random drawing will be conducted by Corda, whose decisions are final. One winner will be selected at random from among all of the entries received during the prior calendar quarter. The prize is an iPod Nano. Each of the prizes has an approximate retail value of $150.00. The prizes may not be exchanged for cash. The winners will be notified by e-mail and will have one week from the date the email notification is sent to claim the prize by replying according to the instructions in the e-mail notification. If the same individual is selected for more than one prize, Corda will select another entry until a different individual is selected. All applicable taxes and fees must be paid by the winning individuals. Corda reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like value for any reason. In the event that the winner fails to timely claim the prize or fails to meet the eligibility requirements of this giveaway, the prize will be forfeited. The odds of winning the prizes will depend on the number entries received and the number of times an individual enters the drawing.
