Mark Christensen Appointed to Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Corda Technologies

Mr. Christensen will lead global sales, marketing and product management initiatives

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah—February 13, 2008—Corda Technologies announced today that it has named Mark Christensen as VP of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Christensen will head Corda’s Global Sales, Marketing and Product Management departments.

Mr. Christensen joined Corda Technologies in 2005. He has held senior level positions in engineering, marketing, product management, and sales at Corda, LANDesk Software and Intel Corporation. In his most recent position as VP of Marketing at Corda, he helped the Company become a formidable player in Business Performance Management. Mr. Christensen has helped Corda grow revenues, take new products to market, win industry awards, and build effective corporate branding, marketing, and messaging. Christensen studied Computer Science at Brigham Young University, where he holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
